We review availability and pricing method
We review the calendar and scope. The standard rate is $170 per hour with a 4-hour minimum ($680). Specialty services are confirmed separately. Qualifying moves may also receive a flat-rate quote after pickup, destination, inventory, access, and scope are reviewed.
Reserve the confirmed date
After availability is confirmed, a $100 deposit reserves the scheduled date, truck, and operating capacity. It is credited toward the final balance and is not an additional charge. Reservation terms
Receive the written estimate and plan
We confirm timing, locations, crew, equipment, materials, and conditions. The written estimate and service agreement are reviewed before service begins.
Complete the work and stay in contact
We coordinate building access, protect belongings, and complete loading, transport, and unloading according to the plan. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.

RATE AND RESERVATION

Packing, piano moves, additional crew, materials, parking, stairs, long carries, and special conditions are confirmed before booking.
